Supporters club rules

1. Respect First

Treat fellow supporters, club leaders, and the wider community with respect—whether online or in person. Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. Positive Support

We are here to support—so all communication, chants, and activity should be uplifting and encouraging for the team, cause, or individual we back.

3. No Rival Trolling

Friendly banter is fine, but personal attacks or malicious behaviour towards rival groups, teams, or individuals is not allowed.

4. Safe & Inclusive Space

The club is open to everyone who shares the same passion, regardless of age, gender, background, or belief. Members should help create a safe, welcoming environment.

5. Participation

Members are encouraged to actively engage—whether by attending events, joining discussions, volunteering, or supporting online.

6. Representation

When representing the supporters club (wearing merch, at events, online), act in a way that reflects positively on the group and its values.

7. No Unauthorised Promotion

Club platforms (social media groups, WhatsApp, forums) are for supporter-related content. Spamming, selling, or unrelated promotions are not allowed.

8. Follow Event Guidelines

For in-person events or trips, members must follow instructions from organisers regarding safety, travel, tickets, and conduct.

9. Membership Dues (if any)

If the club has fees, these must be paid on time to maintain active membership and access to benefits.

10. Consequences

Breaching these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the club. The committee/organisers’ decision will be final.
